Local Anheuser-Busch wholesaler Silver Eagle Distributors will oversee delivery to the Greater Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross and the water will be distributed to those recovering from the flooding.

“We take a lot of pride in being a part of the Houston community,” said Peter Roberts, general manager of Anheuser-Busch’s Houston brewery. “When disaster strikes, it impacts all of us in the Houston area personally, and donating water is just one way Anheuser-Busch and our local wholesalers can make a difference in the communities in which we work and live.”

Anheuser-Busch has a long history of supporting communities during difficult times including recent canned water donations to those impacted by flooding in Mississippi, victims of tornadoes in southeastern Louisiana and residents of Flint, Michigan, combating their own water crisis due to lead poisoning.
