The operator of the Harley was identified as Michael Brent Tatum, and was traveling northbound on S.R. 61 when the accident happened.
Mount said he ”had a green light and was turning left” onto S.R. 20 when the operator of the motorcycle hit him. However, witnesses told officers that Mount “failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto GA-20,” causing the truck to hit the motorcycle’s left side with its front end.
