The 26-year-old male has been transported to Erlanger Hospital due to the severity of his injuries.

WHITE, GA -- An employee at Toyo Tire was injured early Tuesday morning in an accident at the Bartow County facility.
Crews with Bartow County Emergency Medical Services responded around 5 a.m. Aug. 16 to a call of a male who'd been hit by a piece of equipment at the plant on U.S. 411 in White.
Upon arrival, crews discovered the 26-year-old man with a "severely fractured leg and burns to the leg," said Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran.

A life-force medical helicopter was requested for transport to a level-one hospital, and the patient was flown to Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga for treatment due to the severity of his injuries, Cothran said.
It's the second accident in three months Bartow County emergency crews have responded to at the facility. In late May, another Toyo Tire worker was injured in an accident involving a piece of equipment that hit the male.
