Rug Company Breaks Ground On Cartersville Facility
Headquartered in Dallas, Loloi plans to create 198 jobs with its 647,000-square-foot facility on Old Cass White Road in Bartow County.
CARTERSVILLE, GA — Loloi, Inc., a wholesaler of rugs and other home furnishings, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday to celebrate the start of construction on its new facility in Bartow County.
The company announced earlier this year that it plans to create 198 new jobs in the county with a new 647,000-square-foot facility needed to support its recent growth. Loloi's new Bartow County site is situated on 59 acres at 515 Old Cass White Road in Cartersville.
Bartow County Commissioner Steve Taylor said earlier this year that he believes Loloi will be successful in the "good business climate the community is working hard to strategically create."

“Beyond just location advantages, we believe that investments made in infrastructure, quality workforce and collaboration among partners continues to benefit job seekers in the area," he added. "I’d like to thank all involved in this good news, particularly the company."
