The Westview neighborhood is
excited to be hosting the seventh annual Summer Solstice Celebration! The
festival will feature an afternoon of food, music, art and games. FOOD: Are you ready to sample a taste
of Southwest Atlanta? On the day of the event purchase your
"passport" and taste what our grill masters have created! Discounted pre-sale
tickets are available via the link below (early bird tickets are $5). The
"passport" will allow you to sample the different foods (chicken and pork)
plus a drink for $7. Once you have tasted all the different categories submit
your vote for "the best of…". MUSIC:
Music will keep visitors entertained. ARTIST
MARKET: Local artisans and non-profits
will have booths in our market. KIDS:
We’ll have field day type games to keep the kids entertained. We will also have
a talent show and photo contest. ADULTS:
We’ll have game tournaments going on during the festival games including
dominoes, bid whist, checkers, spades, and chess. Proceeds benefit Westview
