9-Year-Old Shot Outside Southwest Atlanta Apartment Complex
The girl was shot in the arm during a barbecue outside the complex on Fairburn Road.
A nine-year-old girl has been shot outside an apartment complex on Fairburn Road, FOX 5 Atlanta reports.
According to reports, the girl was shot in the arm at The Retreat apartment complex during an outdoor barbecue. Atlanta police said a gunfight broke out at the event, and a bullet struck the child.
She has been taken to South Fulton Medical Center.
