UPDATE after placing reward signs in the neighborhood,tips bought a couple of older kids to there house and told them the people across the street has Zoey and they changed her name to Gi Gi or Ci ...and now as police have tried to make contact they have refused to cooperate and appeared to have moved out..if you have seen zoey we beg you to please call us and tell us! Christmas is coming and we need our baby home . NO QUESTIONS ASKED! WE JUST WANT OUR ZOEY HOME!!!!!!!!
