Using the name Tiffany Milan, Dickens admitted writing a post on Facebook that called for "death to all white cops nationwide."
'I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m either caught by the police or killed by them… Might kill at least 15 tomorrow, I’m plotting now."

On Friday, she said her comments were taken out of context, according to Channel 2 Action News.
"It was not meant that way," she said. "I would never advocate for anyone to be harmed by anyone. That is not the person that I am.
"My apology is genuine and sincere because I know for a fact that I do not want anyone's lives taken, anyone being harmed."
Dickens said the post was meant for only her friends, reports Fox 5 Atlanta.
"It was to spark a conversation with others so we could start discussing actions done on both parts, the community and the police, so that we could come up with a resolution that would work for everybody," she said. "It's frustrating when officers are hurt and it's frustrating when community members are hurt."
Dickens also said she supports law enforcement.
Also attending the conference were DeKalb County Public Safety Director Dr. Cedric Alexander; Atlanta Police Union President Ken Allen; and Dickens attorney, Gerald Griggs.
