Greetings Cascade Friends, This is my first foray into the blogosphere. I'm not entirely convinced that I've got any thing to say that would interest any one. But, I'll give it a try. Joy in the Making Craft Cafe exists because of the profound joy that I get out of teaching and making arts and crafts. It is has been proven that art making at any skill level reduces stress and therefore enhances well being. Even though I've a back ground in Public Health that's not why I make art. It brings pleasure to my life and I'd like to share that with others. Apparently many other artists feel the same way. I recently ran across a website of a young very successful artist Kelley Rae who is fostering a Tribe of Possibilitarians. Isn't that an intriguing name?
