This is a very serious disease, please continue:
-Get regular check ups
-Keep your immune system STRONG to fight against infections by taking things like liquid vitamin C, Colostrum, Elderberry, Echinacea, eating plenty fruits and green vegetables
-Learn and incorporat healthy habits into your daily routine - drink coconut water, or water stay hydrated, use your juicer and juice fresh vegetables and fruits, eat whole grains, avoid processed foods.
-Take your natural supplements DAILY
