The Color of the Year!

Pantone Color of the Year for 2012 is Tangerine Tango, which they describe as a spirited reddish orange.  It is a color that will provide the pop and sunshine we all look for.

Each year the color trends are announced for the upcoming seasons and designers and manufacturers do their magic so you can incorporate it into your wardrobe, cosmetics, home furnishings and other areas.  Don’t be surprised to see this color on cars very soon!

Tangerine Tango is a beautiful color; so how can you incorporate it into your décor?  You can make a statement with a piece of upholstered furniture or a painted wall.  A less expensive way to add color is by using throw pillows, drapes and accessories.  Or just buy or pick bouquets of orange flowers to put around the house or better yet get a bag of small tangerines and place them in a beautiful bowl on the counter.
