The Delta Sigma Theta International Film Festival
βClothed in Strength and Dignityβ
April 10, 2015 (Atlanta, GA) β The Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated in partnership with the Fulton County Arts and Culture Southwest Arts Center will present their international film festival βClothed in Strength and Dignityβ on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 7:00pm β 9:00 pm. Tickets for the event are $20.00, and is open to the public.

A story of sacrifice, unity and transcendence, this film honors the strength and perseverance of the women of Liberia. Inspiring, uplifting, and most of all motivating, it is a compelling testimony of how grassroots activism can alter the history of nations. βThe Five Most Dangerous Countries in the World for Womenβ is a documentary film describing the atrocities of genocide against women and children in the countries of Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Pakistan, India and Somalia. The film festival will benefit students at the sororityβs elementary school in Cherette, Haiti. For ticket information, please call 404-610-6100 or email dstfilmfest@aol.com.
