β€œPreparing for Leadership” is the theme and focus of the 2011 Sisters of Tomorrow Conference (SOTC) hosted by Sisters of Today & Tomorrow. From CNN producers to Government officials, professional athletes, entertainers and civic leaders, Sisters of Today & Tomorrow will provide influential inspirational speakers during the 4-day conference as the organization opens its doors to all girls (ages 9-18) and their mothers; promoting leadership, self esteem, health & fitness, careers/entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

β€œEvery year we bring in great, life changing presenters to work with the girls, and this year is no different; however, we are expanding where we will provide collaborative workshops for the mothers and daughters, in order for the parents to know and understand what we are teaching their daughters, as well as help with developing better mother/daughter relations,” says Carla Morrison, Founder/Executive Director/Producer of Sisters of Today & Tomorrow and the Conference.
