Covenant House of GA (Opening Doors for Homeless Youth)

There is an invisible population living on the streets of our city - homeless youth ages 18-21. These forgotten members of society are struggling everyday just to survive, begging for food, money and a safe place to sleep.Β  Many of these youth have come from abusive family backgrounds or aged out of the foster care system, and often do not have the education and training to make it on their own.Β  At Covenant House Georgia we ensure them a future safely off the streets.Β  Our goal is to provide programs and training to prevent these kids from falling into the cycle of chronic homelessness.Β

The National Center for Family Homelessness ranks Georgia 49 out of 50 (50 being the worst) for their Report Card on Youth Homelessness.Β Β WE can all helpΒ change this.

Join Delden and Monica Fane on Wednesday, MarchΒ  9th for an evening of Rieslings wines from Germany to France along with cheese and appetizers. Support us as we help homeless youth in Metro Atlanta with temporary food and shelter. Since opening our doors almost 10,000 youth received support from Covenant House of Georgia.
