Hatha Yoga Class

This class focuses on flexibility, toning and building core strength. Shavonna tells us to honor our body where it is today, recognizing that with each practice we will find growth. Suitable for beginners and challenging for those more experienced with yoga. Shavonna is a experienced instructor with a clear understanding of how to help you modify yoga poses to fit your needs. Modifications include seated yoga, and using props or pillows.
