Small Group Personal Training

Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere in between is our small group workout, the new concept offered at Fit Neighborhood. Our small group workouts are BETTER THAN BOOT CAMP! Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This new concept is set-up in a circuit-style with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells. Kettlebell training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.
