
Atlanta City Councilmember H. Lamar Willis in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta and State Farm Insurance Company will host a "Super Saturday" Homebuyers Education Workshop (HBE).
Participants will have the opportunity to earn the 6-8 hours qualifying certificate to participate in any of the down payment assistance programs throughout the State of Georgia. (Participants must complete the entire workshop to receive a certificate.)

- HUD Approved Housing Counselors, who will schedule follow-up one-on-one pre-purchase counseling session
- The Georgia Department of Community Affairs featuring information related to Georgia Dream Programs
- ANDP Administrators of the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs (NSP) Fulton, DeKalb, Douglas, and Atlanta with available properties to purchase using NSP down payment assistance funds up to $25,000.00
- Invest Atlanta, The Atlanta BeltLine, Metro Fair Housing, and the City of Atlanta Housing Department
- State Farm Insurance, and Allstate Insurance and Prudential
- Safe and Sound Home Inspections and Piece By Peace Home Inspections
- Chase, BB&T, First Citizens, Brand Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Citizens Trust Bank, and Wells Fargo, to discuss mortgage loan products and other retail banking services
- Brinkley Realty Group, HUD and NSP Property Specialist
- South Owens Realty

- Other First Time Homebuyer Industry Groups and Resource Representatives will be available to speak with you and assist with your home buying experience.
Free Lunch and Free Parking will be available. On-site registration will begin at 8:00am. Participants will need to be present by 8:30am to sign in.
