
Fulton County Seeks Resident Input Regarding Transportation Projects for Unincorporated Fulton
Fulton County residents are invited to attend a series of
upcoming community meetings to provide input regarding transportation projects for unincorporated Fulton County.

The purpose of the meetings will be to discuss
transportation needs in unincorporated Fulton County and to develop a project list for consideration by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
On Tuesday, July 31, 2012, an election will be held which
will include a referendum on a transportation sales tax. If voters approve the referendum, 15% of total revenue generated would be allocated to local governments for projects within their jurisdictions.

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners has not taken a
position regarding the Transportation Sales Tax Referendum.Β
