The long week is over and the weekend is almost here, No plans? Not to worry, Cascade Patch has you covered.

When/Where: Park Tavern & Piedmont Park, 500 10th Street. Saturday Noon to Midnight

The Event: Music Lovers, this one is for you. It’s the 2nd Annual One MusicFest and the annual Crab & Shrimp fest all wrapped into one. There will be 12 hours of jamming music for artist such as Anthony David, The Pharcyde and Chrisette Michele. Saturday these festivals will converge at the Park Tavern and Piedmont Park. The event will be hosted by Phife Dawg of the talented group A Tribe Called Quest. This event is an interactive outdoor live music festival that includes local and national artists, DJs, fun, entertainment and food.

2) Wine tasting @ WineStyles:

Where/When: WineStyles Cascade, 3752 Cascade Rd., Suite #140. Saturday,4 p.m.

The event: Every Thursday and Saturday, your Cascade area WineStyles has a wine tasting. This time, you are in for a treat as Andre Price conducts the wine tastings. The tastings will feature August wines and other summer wines, mostly whites, such as a variety of Sauvignon Blanc, and a couple of red blends. As you learn about the various wines from Andre and sip wines from Australia, France, South Africa and others, he will tell you about food parrying and serve different light snacks. Once the tasting is over you get the chance to purchase those very wines you sampled or other selections in the store. Most of their bottles of wine are between $10 and $20. 3) Β 4th Saturday @ the Park

Where/When: Centennial Olympic Park, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd.; Saturday, Noonβ€”4 p.m.

The Event: Β It’s the 4th Saturday of August, which means at Centennial Park its Fourth Saturday Family Fun Days, so bring the family to the park and enjoy the day and fun activities. The focus in July was "All about Sports," this time it’s "Games & Gadgets." The games and gadgets event will be fun and entertaining for the whole family and give you a chance to enjoy your downtown Atlanta Park. When you finish up, let the kids play in the famous fountain.

4) Friday Night Jazz

When/Where: Landon’s Restaurant and Bar; 3752 Cascade Road, suite 100; Friday, 8 to 11 p.m.

The Event: Come on out to Landon's and enjoy a warm evening while enjoying the musical sounds of vocalist Rachel Rachal. You can come out to the enclosed patio and get mesmerized by her vocal styling while sipping wine and eating appetizers and fine American cuisine.
