Second Chance Resource and Development Center in College Park is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the fulfillment of restoring rehabilitated individuals to a positive, productive, and enriching return to their communities.
We do this by giving hope to the hopeless, helping displaced and unemployed veterans and individuals with criminal records, reducing recidivism by supporting through, a full spectrum of services and efforts, of individuals to become employed law-abiding members of the community.
