Grammy Award winner Kebbi Williams presents his 4th annual βMusic in the
Parkβ event, held in the Historic West End community. This year Music
in the Park will be an active partner of Atlanta Streets Alive (ASA).
Music in the Park will provide live performances from diverse musicians
throughout the event from 2 β 6pm, starting with the Bike Parade.
Kebbiβs purpose for this collaboration, is to help encourage people to
cross boundaries, join ASA planned activities and build awareness about
Music in the Park. Festival attendees will also have the opportunity to
experience various forms of orchestral music composed by special guest
conductor, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, featuring arrangements that encompass
various music styles of Jazz, Classical, Funk, and Blues. The 50-piece
orchestra will include youth from various public schools and
professional musicians, which will be held at The Wrens Nest from 6 β
8pm following the conclusion of the Atlanta Streets Alive activities.

Dexter, 4th Ward Afro-Klezmer Orchestra, Mausiki Scales and the Common
