Mother Arrested After Leaving Kids in Hot Car

A woman is being taken to the Fulton County Jail after allegedly leaving her four children inside an SUV while she went shopping.

WSB-TV reports that Charnae Mosley left the children, aged 6, 4, 2, and 1 inside the truck parked outside the Kroger on Headland Drive in Cascade. According to police, the vehicle’s doors were locked and the windows were rolled up. It’s estimated that the children spent 16 minutes inside the locked vehicle without supervision.

The children were rescued from the car and were released into the custody of their grandmother, while Mosley was arrested and now faces four counts of reckless conduct.
