Pump Up Your Summer with a Southside Fit Camp

Take your summer to another level by joining fun and effective workouts that will lift your spirits and strengthen your heart, muscles, and core. Participate in cardio, strength, abdominal, and weight training during each one hour session. Training times are 9 am, 5 pm, and 6 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Kickboxing on Tuesdays at 6 pm and Zumba on Saturdays at 10 am.
