Seniors Enjoy Water Aerobics at the Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex

Fulton County seniors enjoy getting fit during a water aerobics class at the Dorothy C. Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex, which is located at 6500 Vernon Woods Drive in Sandy Springs, GA.  Benson, along with the H.J.C. Bowden Senior Multipurpose Facility, the Harriett G. Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility and the Helene S. Mills Senior Multipurpose Facility offer a variety of classes including:

• Water aerobics
• Fitness classes
• Health and chronic disease management classes 
• Arts classes such as painting, ceramics and jewelry making
• Computer courses
• Financial planning
