Charles E. Moss. Mr. Moss, popularly referred to as “THE Ghetto Cowboy”, is a professional artist of 30 years. His genres of choice are painting and illustration. Moss graduated from Western Carolina University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Fine Art. He is an historical painting artist. Ghetto Cowboy has been on African American historical journey for the past 30 years. The theme of his work is "In Search of Self". and actual stories as told by his ancestors and his personal life experience.
