JM Fitness Studio is offering a free Zumba class on Saturday, March 22 and Saturday, April 5, both 10-11 am with veteran instructor, Serena Garcia. The studio is also offering one free Total Body workout during the month of March and one duringΒ April. Build lean muscles andΒ increase strength.Β Total Body is available on Mon, Wed, Thurs, at 9 am, 5 pm, or 6 pm.Β Saturday's class is at 9 am. No reservations are required for any free classes.
