Two Southwest Atlanta Men Arrested in Major Cocaine, Marijuana, Meth Raid
More than $1 million of contraband was recovered by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Two southwest Atlanta men were arrested Wednesday part of a major illegal drug raid that seized $1.5 million worth of contraband.
Carlos Torres, 26, and Wilfredo Otero, 24, were arrested, and their Ard Place residence were one of 22 locations that were raided, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

More than six kilograms of methamphetamine was seized, along with more than four kilos of cocaine, and 10 pounds of marijuana.
The raid was part of GBIβs Mayfield Drug Trafficking Organization takedown operation throughout northeast Georgia and portions of South Carolina. The operation ranged from as far as Lavonia and Toccoa in the northeast, to southwest Atlanta. A total of 24 people were arrested.
