Voter Education Forum at Westlake High School

Forum Hosted by Twenty Pearls Foundation & Westlake Student Government Association

The Twenty Pearls Foundation, Incorporated, a non-profit affiliate of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Tau Epsilon Omega, Inc. Chapter, will host a Voter Education Forum in sponsorship with the Westlake High School Student Government Association. The event will be held next Wednesday, the 24th, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Westlake High School. Early voting started in Georgia on Monday, and the Westlake SGA and sorority chapter are working in unison to make sure that as many eligible voters as possible are informed on the issues and cast their votes this election. Consequently, the forum will discuss a number of issues such as information regarding the candidates, locating polling places, restoration of voting rights, how to handle issues if denied voting at the polls, and, absentee ballots. Special guests on the agenda include City of South Fulton Councilwoman Carmalithia Gumbs, former candidate for South Fulton Mayor Robert Bonner, SGA South Fulton High School, and, Proof Inc.
