Mark your calendars for September 26th from 11 am to 3 pm Brook Run Park, 4770 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338, for the largest gathering of dachshunds in the southeast! Howl-O-Weenie is hosted by DREAM Dachshund Rescue. This family fun event is our biggest in-person fundraiser of the year and we’d love for you to join us for a day filled with Howls and prizes.
We’ll have dachshund races, a costume contest with a kids’ category, howling and kissing competitions. All ages and breeds are welcome, so come on down and let’s celebrate our furry friends.
Shop our marketplace of local vendors selling dog-themed goodies, grab a bite from our food trucks, and enjoy a pint of local brew. You can also pick up some DREAM swag, including t-shirts and pint glasses designed by a talented DREAM adopter!
Come early and stay a while chilling to music and delight in all the dachshund fun.

Brook Run Park Playground

You and your family pet are invited to our annual Blessing of the Animals, sponsored by St. Barnabas Anglican Church. We will be at Brook Run Park at the pavilion near the playground at the northeast corner.&nbsp; St. Barnabas's rector, Father D. Trout will bless the pets with a prayer for their health. The pavilion is located across the street from St. Barnabas Anglican Church. You are welcome to park there and walk over. There will also be treats!The Blessing of the Animals is an annual event in observance of St. Francis of Assisi who saw all God's creatures as worth of care and stewardship.&nbsp;
