See in which states (miamiherald.com) — Residents in Chamblee may notice that the Publix at 2562 Shallowford Road NE is among several stores the grocer has recently closed across the Southeast. While Publix is adding new locations in other states, it’s also remodeling, replacing, or shutting underperforming supermarkets, reflecting an ongoing reshuffle of where the company invests. No new Georgia openings are listed for October.
