The project is part of a broader surge in large distribution and supply chain developments nationwide, signaling potential new jobs and long-term industrial growth for the community. 
• Rockingham Speedway set for auction (wsoctv.com) — Atlanta Dragway in Commerce is among a dozen racetracks and motorsports properties headed to a sealed-bid auction on Nov. 17 as their owner exits the racing business. While Rockingham Speedway is the headline property, the sale could shape the future use of the Commerce track, from continued racing to possible redevelopment by new investors.
