Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods announces its end of the year inventory sale. For those looking for a new home for the holidays, this is the perfect opportunity. Special pricing is available for home shoppers and a Realtor incentive will be offered on select Atlanta new homes that close before Dec. 31, 2011. Agents receive a $2,000 bonus for the first home and $3,000 for the second home that closes*.

There are 15 opportunities for buyers to purchase a move-in ready home. One Acadia community, Sherwood Park in Smyrna/Vinings, has two slab homes available.
