Bargain Hunt Store To Open in Cumming

CUMMING, GA -- Discount retailer Bargain Hunt is coming to Cumming.

The fifth Bargain Hunt in metro Atlanta is scheduled to open Friday in the Merchants Square Shopping Center.

Bargain Hunt is a discount retail chain of 43 stores headquartered in LaVergne, Tennessee. The stores are currently located in seven states: Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.

In a Facebook post Monday, the company said the Cumming store will open at 10 a.m. on Friday.

The chain's signature program, Best Bargains Discount Program, offers increasingly discounted prices on items based on how long they have been in the store.

Bargain Hunt hosts Markdown Day on the first, 10th and 20th of every month. On those days, sale items drop in price by 10%, until they are 90% off of their original prices.
