This spring and summer, the group working on the plan held workshops to determine goals and a vision for the county.

Residents, business owners, property owners and community groups now are invited to see the details and help further shape the resulting document, which will be used by county leaders as a sort of set of guidelines for their future decisions.

Input from the open houses will be used to refine the plan for its final draft.

Community members are welcome to attend both open houses, county leaders say, but note that the same information will be provided at both.
