Cumming Man Arrested For Driving Truck Into Walmart
The suspect was arrested when he returned to the scene to look for a ride home, police say.

DAWSONVILLE, GA -- A Cumming man has been arrested for driving his pickup truck into a Walmart.
Authorities say Jason Wade Davis, 49, drove his Ford pickup through the front glass doors of a Walmart in Dawsonville early Sunday morning, the Forsyth County News reports.
He abandoned the truck, which made it all the way to the rear of the store, and ran off, police say. But he was taken into custody Sunday afternoon, when police say he returned to the area looking for a ride home.

The Dawson County Sheriff’s office had an unmarked car in the parking lot, from which an officer spotted Davis, Capt. Tony Wooten told the paper.
Davis, who had a misdemeanor probation violation warrant out for his arrest, is charged with one count of felony criminal damage to property. Other charges are likely, Wooten said.
