Cumming Man Shot During SWAT Standoff
Authorities were serving an arrest warrant at the man's Kelly Drive home Sunday, when they say he refused to surrender.

CUMMING, GA — A SWAT standoff at a Kelly Drive home Sunday ended with a man being taken to a hospital in critical condition with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said Sunday.
Authorities said SWAT and the Major Crimes Unit were serving an arrest and search warrant at the home before the shooting. The warrant was for an aggravated assault charge in connection with a domestic dispute involving the man and a woman.
The man was accused of having at least one illegal gun in his possession. Authorities said the man refused to cooperate during negotiations.
