Dollar Tree Open on Market Place Boulevard

Dollar Tree has opened a second location in Cumming and now straddles Ga. 400.

According to Cumming Local, an eagle-eyed parent noticed on Wednesday afternoon that “grand opening” signs had appeared outside the store, located inside the Cumming Marketplace. According to Dollar Tree’s website, the new store, #5702, sells refrigerated and frozen foods, unlike its sister store on the other side of Ga. 400 at the Cumming 400 Shopping Center.

Dollar Tree was hiring members for the “new store opening set-up crew” as late as Aug. 21, according to a job posting on SimplyHired.
