DUIs On Rise, 37 This Month: Forsyth County Sheriff's Office
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office reports that DUIs within the county are on the rise and growing. There have been 37 so far this month.

CUMMING, GA — The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office reports that DUIs within the county are on the rise and growing. There have been 37 so far this month. DUI stats for the weekend are in, and they continue to grow, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
"Between Friday and Sunday, we had 10 more DUI arrests with alcohol levels ranging from .12 to .30," reads the FCSO Facebook page. "That puts us at 37 DUI arrests so far for the month of December. As Sheriff (Ron) Freeman said, this is FOCO and we are better than this!"
The sheriff's office said DUI patrols are in full force so heed the warning that if you choose to drink and drive in Forsyth County you will go to jail.

"Safety comes first for us so we implore those who choose to drink, do not get behind the wheel," FSCO said on Facebook. "It’s just not worth it!"
