Bark and Boogie Ball

The Bark and Boogie Ball benefitting the Humane Society of Forsyth County is Saturday, Oct. 22 from 6 p.m. until midnight.

Big Band Atlanta will start out the evening with sounds of the dance band era.  As the night proceeds get ready to move to the groove of Band X, playing high-energy dance music ranging from classic rock to funk to R&B.

So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to dance the night away!

• Crunchy Almond Flake Chicken Tenders served with a yellow mustard honey sauce
• Mediterranean Goat Cheese-Sun Dried Tomato-Basil stuffed Endive Spears

• Seared Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced and served with a granny smith apple-cranberry sauté
• Authentic Gulf Shrimp Etouffee (U-15) served over a bed of stone ground grits
• Brown Rice Pilaf Sauté with artichoke heart-broccoli floret, baby bella mushrooms, zucchini, squash, sweet peas, roasted garlic, scallion, fresh herbs & seasonings
• Warm Buttermilk Yeast Rolls baked fresh onsite, served with a seasoned butter
• Chef Kern’s Apple Walnut Caesar Salad, crisp romain lettuce with shaved granny smith apple, french feta cheese & spiced walnuts tossed with his authentic casear dressing and garnished with ribbons of parmesan cheese & extra virgin olive oil
