The Bennett Education Center at Northside Hospital Forsyth regularly offers a daddy boot camp class for expectant dads. The class is facilitated by a "coach" and allows men to discuss their new role as a father. There are a mix of topics including support for the postpartum mother, bonding with your newborn, and how to balance your time between fatherhood, family and personal needs.
