First Annual Race to Rescue

The Race to Rescue 5K is an inaugural community event designed to raise awareness of the

Humane Society’s mission: “ a dedication to preventing cruelty to, relieving the suffering of, and providing humane treatment for animals in our community.”

With the proceeds of this race, the Humane Society will be able to continue community outreach programs such as the Humane Hearts Pet Therapy, Pet Food Pantry and Spay and Neuter Assistance, and the Feral Cat Program as well as saving the lives of homeless animals.

Run to benefit the animals!  Do it for the shirt, the course and the cause! Get ready for a 5K Road Race through downtown Cumming starting at 8am.
