Field Set For 2021 Cumming City Council Races

​City of Cumming Mayor Troy Brumbalow will face opposition this fall, and the city council Posts 1 and 2 incumbents are unopposed.

CUMMING, GA — City of Cumming Mayor Troy Brumbalow will face opposition this fall during the General Election, and the city council Posts 1 and 2 incumbents are unopposed.

At the close of the qualifying period on Wednesday, the following candidates qualified to run in the City of Cumming Election on Tuesday, Nov. 2:

  • Mayor – Troy Brumbalow (Incumbent) and William A. Stone III
  • Council Post 1 – Chad Crane (Incumbent)
  • Council Post 2 – Jason Evans (Incumbent)

Advance voting opportunities will be available as follows, and Election Day voting will be available on Nov. 2 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Only City of Cumming precinct voters will be allowed to vote in the City of Cumming General Election. The countywide Special Election is for the purpose of placing the 1 percent sales and use tax referendum for education on the ballot.
