FORSYTH COUNTY, GA — Alpharetta Foot & Ankle Specialists and the office of Dr. Brian Harley have moved their Cumming office from its previous location into a new office on the Northside Hospital Forsyth campus. The new office is located at 2000 Howard Farm Drive, Suite 340, Cumming, GA 30041.

Dr. Harley is a board-certified reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon, specializing in surgical and non-surgical treatments of conditions of the foot and ankle including fractures, sprains, arthritis, deformities and other sports medicine issues.
