The first day of school is Aug. 4. Teachers will be heading back to class starting July 28-29.

July 28-Aug. 3: Pre-planning
August 4: First day of school
September 5: Labor Day (no school)
September 26-30: Fall break (no school)
October 19-20: Early release, elementary and middle schools
October 21: Professional development (student holiday)
November 21-25: Thanksgiving holiday
December 20: End of first semester
December 21-30: Holiday break
Second semester:
January 2-3: Holiday break
January 4: Professional development (student holiday)
January 16: MLK Jr. Day (no school)
February 17: Student/staff holiday
February 20: President's Day (student/staff holiday)
February 21: Professional development (student holiday)
March 10: Early release/parent conferences (K-12)
April 3-7: Spring break
May 26: Last day of school
May 29: Memorial Day
May 30-31: Post-planning/professional development
