Forsyth Man Arrested For Molestation Of A 12-Year-Old Boy: Police

HALL COUNTY, GA -- A man from Cumming was arrested Tuesday, May 14 for child molestation of a 12-year-old boy.

Jacob Matthias Young, 40, of Cumming was arrested and booked into the Hall County Jail on the charge of child molestation, the Hall County Sheriff's Office said.

In October 2018, Young sexually molested a 12-year-old boy at a residence in Hall County, the department said.

Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for child molestation on May 9.

Young remains in custody of the Hall County Jail at this time.

This case remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
