Forsyth Sheriff's Office Rolls Out New Website
The site features a crime mapping tool, which allows users to see what exactly is happening in their neighborhoods.
CUMMING, GA -- It is now easier to peruse the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office's website. The agency on Tuesday announced it's implemented a new and improved web experience for the public.
The new website was created in-house by the county's Information Technology department, at a cost savings of $30,000.
One new feature on the website is the sheriff's office's crime mapping system, which gives you the ability to see exactly what is going down in one's neighborhood. A video tutorial will soon be released on how to navigate the search features of the system, the agency said on its Facebook page.
