Georgia Weather Forecast: Sunny, Then Showers This Week
It'll be sunny for a couple of days, with a chance of showers for the rest of the week.
Much of Georgia has a couple of sunshiny days on the way. But, by midweek, we should expect some April showers.
The good news? No severe thunderstorms, like the ones that ripped through parts of Georgia late last week, are currently in the forecast. More good news? Skies are expected to clear again by the weekend.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 73. West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph. Low Monday night of about 47.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 68. North wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Low around 47 Tuesday night.

Wednesday: Here comes the rain. A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 67. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Wednesday night will see a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, then occasional showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 9 p.m. Low around 51. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Thursday: Occasional showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 9 a.m., then a chance of showers. High near 65. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Thursday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 45. 30% chance of showers.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 59 and a low around 38 Friday night.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 60 and a low around 40.
Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 69.
