"Gifted Shoppes & Market" Now Open at The Historic Bell Kemp House

Gifted Shoppes & Market has only been open for a few months but the future looks bright for these budding businesses.

• Cool Bees is full of art, gifts and a unique candle line, "Scent of Scandal Candles," with clever tongue in cheek names you will have to stop by to see. Owner, Terry Henner, specializes in custom framing. Mention this article and receive 20 percent off your customer framing order. In addition, Henner is also a beekeeper and will be selling her fresh honey in the store.

• Maison Romantique features shabby chic home decor and gifts. Monika Wood keeps shoppe and looks forward to helping customers add that special touch to their home.

• Judanne's Sweet Shoppe Cafe caters to your sweet tooth. Gourmet treats including chocolate covered Oreos, marshmallow kabobs, decadent cupcakes, cookies and other bakery delicacy's line the shelves. Stop in and see Judanne Bogigian indulge your craving for something sweet and have a cup of coffee. Father's Day is around the corner and Judanne will happily put together a customized basket of goodies for dad.

• Dawn Bakes Cakes at Sweet Shoppe Cafe designs custom cakes. Dawn Davis will masterfully create an amazing cake limited only by your imagination for any occasion.

• Interior Styles specializes in interior design. If your home decor is in a rut and needs a certain "je ne sais quoi" stop in and see interior designer, Gina Marshall, to give your home that designer touch.

I did say six businesses, but we are under strict orders not to discuss or advertise the sixth business. It's hush hush. You will have to drop in and visit to find out what the mystery store is selling!

Don't miss their summer open market celebration Saturday, June 11, beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting all day. There will be live music, door prizes, an open air market and tasty treats.
