Glazed and Fired's Final "Canvas Nights" Session of 2014 is Thursday
Cumming residents can take part in a painting class led by artist Jeanne Matey; each painter will go home with his or her masterpiece.

Aspiring artists are invited to register for Glazed & Fired’s upcoming Canvas Night event this week, Cumming Local reports.
For a $30 registration fee, participants will join Lead Artist Jeanne Matey as she demonstrates the technical aspects of painting at her easel. Each student will have his or her own easel with which they will follow along with Matey. At the end of the evening, each artist will have created a 16 x 20 inch painting to take home as a souvenir of the event.

The next Canvas Night at Glazed & Fired’s studio will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The theme for this session is “Peace Angel.” This is the last session of the year, and there are only five seats left for this class. The next Canvas Night won’t be until February, according to Glazed and Fired’s Calendar.
Glazed & Fired is located at 435 Peachtree Parkway in Cumming.
