Hall Co. Deputies Arrest Man For Statutory Rape
Investigators say the man established a relationship with the girl online, then met her in person.
GAINESVILLE, GA — Hall County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 22-year-old man on charges of statutory rape and aggravated child molestation.
Exodo Guevara, 22, of Roswell, also is charged with electronic enticement of a minor.
Guevara was arrested on February 10. According to investigators, Guevara enticed a minor female via social media for several months, then met her and engaged in an inappropriate relationship with her.

Family members of the girl notified the sheriff's office, which obtained warrants for Guevara's arrest on February 3.
He was arrested without incident and booked into the Hall County Jail, where he is being held without bond.

The case remains under investigation, according to the sheriff's office.
